HumanPages is a directory for people to contact each other and also a socially responsible business that will generate substantial contributions to Charities. HumanPages is an example of a business model that can be charitable, self-sustaining and profitable.

Each time a member accepts a Contact Request from another member, HumanPages contributes from its revenue 50 % of the Contact Price to the receiving Member’s selected charity.

The total contribution amounts for each Charity and the date of actual payment to the Charity are avaible for anyone to view. The total contributions to each Charity are updated real-time and posted for all to see. To view the total allocated contributions to Charities by HumanPages please see top of the page. You can view the total contributions for any Charity by selecting it below.

Actual payments to a Charity are done when the contribution amount for the Charity reaches $100, HumanPages must wait until a Charity’s total contribution reaches $100 due to the people time and transaction expenses involved in paying. Charity contributions are held in a separate bank account.

All the charities listed here were selected by HumanPages . We have chosen a broad range of charities in Canada, UK and USA (will soon be adding other countries) that members can choose from. None of these charities have endorsed HumanPages . In the near future, HumanPages will allow Members to propose their own favorite Charities to be added to the list.

Authorized Charity Representives: HumanPages has a special administration section for each Charity which allows you to view detailed contribution history (day, amount and type of each transaction), payment history, edit/change the Charity information, etc.  Access requires a secure username/password which will be given to the authorized representative of a Charity or to Goverment/State regulators.
